The Pinot vines were planted in 1935, on well-drained limestone soils protected from erosion by the walls of the clos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\"\u003eHand harvested, the pinot undergoes cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days. After 11 days of post-fermentation maceration the wine goes into barrel on the fine lees for 12 months, followed by 2 further months in tank. 25% new oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\"\u003eSous bois, smoky, savouriness that underlines the fresh fruit. Silken, well spiced.
