Keuper soils with clayey marl.

Manual harvesting, pressing of whole grapes with inclined plate pressing, juice splitting, fermentation of the cuvées in stainless steel vats, thermoregulation. Ageing in stainless steels vats with 9 months on fine lees.

Gorgeously fresh and delicate. Acacia, cranberry, dried pear and white pepper hit the nose. Floral and spicy on the palate with a hint of beeswax. A slow and settling close with a rather lively structure. Basically it’s a megga-pleaser-aperitif….
