Yes, you read that right. An 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in botti from Barolo.

Flavio is something of a legend in the Langhe. A counterculture hermit, he is rarely seen outside of his hilltop cellar. His 4.5 hectare hill surrounding the cellar is where he farms all his vines except his 1.5 hectare plot of Ravera di Monforte. The soils of his home vineyards are primarily of tuffeau soil. Flavio bottles all of his wines when he deems them ready - as such, his cellars are overflowing with barrels and tanks. His wines must be seen to be believed. We very rarely have stock of these wines as they tend to sell out on release. Please do register interest and we will keep you in the loop.
