A spicy, wonderfully complex finishing Olive Oil from biodynamic-grown olives from the Pietramore estate in Montepulciano, Italy.
Harvested by hand, the olives undergo a traditional cold pressing process to best preserve the bright gold green and spicy flavours of this native variety. Bottled unfiltered.
For seasoning, drizzling, dunking and dressing. A perfect present.
